When do you roast & ship?
You're order will go through on the 1st of the Month. We will pack and ship the coffees in the first week, and then you will receive (or pick up your coffee) in the second week of the month.
If you sign up 5 days before the 1st, you'll start the following month.
We roast everything to order at the end of the month.
If you have questions just let us know!
Can I switch varieties later?
Yes. Change selection, cadence, or caffeine from your account before the next roast date.

We sample and roast our coffee in Bend, Oregon. For the nerds, it cool to know that we roast on the lowest Carbon Foot print roaster.
Adam leads our coffee roasting, and we often test with those lucky locals near us!
