The daily driver · always in the lineup
Regular But Better is the daily driver, the bag that doesn't rotate. It's a Guatemalan coffee roasted medium, chocolaty and smooth with some sweetness to it, rich but never heavy. It's the one you reach for every morning, and the one we pour most at the Nomadic Cafés.
Roasted to order · ships in the first week
Small-batch roasted in Bend, Oregon — a fresh roast every other week, and only three of us who ever run the roaster.
Hush Hush started with friends gathering for coffee outside. We select coffees worth making a little room for — wherever you drink yours.

Why we chose it
The Aha rotate to keep things interesting. This one doesn't, one is a main stay on purpose. We wanted a coffee that tastes right whether you're making it at home, at camp, or in an espresso machine. "Medium" here leans a little lighter than some people expect, but it's still nowhere near a light roast. It's rich enough to satisfy and easy enough to drink every day.
