If you have these things, you can host a Nomadic Cafe
With two host each host brings a coffee set up. Each person has the below and its allows us to easily make hand pour coffee for a lot of people.
# Not having hot water is the one thing that slows down the whole process.
Always been heating water.
# You don’t have to pour full cups to every person, each pour over can multiple people.
Nomadic Cafe 2 to 40 people
2 pour-over brewers and filters (V60, Kalita, or Clever Dripper)
1 kettle (stovetop, camp, or gooseneck electric)
Coffee, ideally whole bean, hand grinding is fun, part of the show, and helps people see that this really is slow coffee. If you need to do some pre-ground to start thats is fine.
Hand Grinder
A mug for yourself and an extra one or two to share in case someone forgets
1 small towel to wipe up and 1 trash bin (we use a small dry bag we can hang)
Water jug. This is the hardest part!
Folding table
Camp stove for water (Always be heating water)
Nomadic Cafe 40+ people
Pre brew coffee to bring. If we have more people than normal,
we may pre brew 64 to 128 oz so that if theres a wave of people
We can pour small cups well we keep brewing.
Extra water! And extra burning!
